I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms at the last floor were very comfortable and quiet when the window was closed, although it could get quite warm. The rooms were fine, not overly large, but clean and comfortable.

The service was exceptional, especially from Teresa. The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. Most of the refurbished rooms were inviting, but be cautious about asking for tap water with dinner as it may cause some issues.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Giggijoch gondola. The hotel also had a large pool and was conveniently close to amenities like bars, ski hire shops, and a supermarket.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were superb, very luxurious, comfortable, and spacious with a nice balcony offering great views. However, the bed was a bit tiny, so be prepared for that. The general ambience was friendly and welcoming.
